Jeb C. Sanford
Co-Chief Executive Officer, President, and Managing Editor
Jeb Sanford along with his wife Dianne have been the Company's Senior leadership for over 20 years. Prior to assuming day-to-day responsibility at AMT in 1995, Jeb practiced law. From 1987 to 1995, Jeb served as a Trial Lawyer, Senior Lawyer and Assistant Section Chief, at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC. From 1984 to 1987 Jeb was a practicing Attorney at Holbrook, Kaufman & Becker in San Antonio, TX. From 1981 to 1984 he was an Associate at Debevoise & Liberman in Washington, DC. Straight out of law school, Jeb served as a Briefing Attorney at the Supreme Court of Texas in Austin, TX.
Jeb holds a B.S. degree from Southern Methodist University and earned his J.D. degree in 1980 from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Dianne H. Sanford
Co-Chief Excecutive Officer & General Counsel
Dianne Sanford joined Jeb at AMT full time in 2001 as the Company’s COO and General Counsel. Prior to assuming her full time positions at AMT, Dianne practiced law in both government and private practice. From 1999 to 2001, Dianne served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Vermont. From 1991 to 1998, Dianne was Of Counsel and Partner at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, in Washington, DC. From 1982 to 1991, she worked as a Trial Lawyer and Assistant Section Chief at the U.S. Department of Justice. From 1977 to 1981, Dianne served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
Dianne holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Cornell University and earned her J.D. degree in 1976 at Harvard Law School.
Scott D. Kelly
VP, Product Development & Marketing
Having worked with The Sanford Guide in various capacities since 1995, Scott rejoined the company in 2014 to oversee product development, marketing, and client relations. Scott brings over a decade of experience in management, and holds degrees from Cornell University, Duke University, and Virginia Tech. He has worked for numerous nonprofits, taught undergraduate and graduate courses, and came to us most recently from the National Park Service.
VP, Sales & Business Development
Jon brings over 23 years of healthcare information technology experience which includes roles in sales, business development, partnerships, alliances, and management. Prior to joining the Sanford Guide, he worked for IDX Systems Corporation, GE Healthcare and Allscripts, among other leading organizations in the industry. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.
