What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect or may collect in conjunction with visits to, purchases made at the eCommerce site, use of web-based services and/or mobile applications, as well as orders placed by phone, fax or through the mail.

When you purchase subscription content from a third-party seller, we do not receive personally identifiable information about you from the seller, unless you authorize the third party to provide such information. When you purchase products from us or register to use digital products, we may collect all or some of the following information: your name, address, employer, postal code, phone number and email address. Registered users of digital products may edit personal information provided to us and account passwords and preferences. You may update your customer information in our web store or account manager directly or by contacting customer service. A user may at any time request that his or her information be removed from our databases, understanding that our compliance with such a request will eliminate our ability to provide the user with any product, service, or updates.


Passwords, when required, are user-created and may be changed by the user at any time. In the event you lose or cannot remember your password, we provide password reset tools for you to create a new password, or we can manually reset your password for you upon request.


When you place an order in the eCommerce site, or by mail, phone or fax, your credit card information is used to process your order but is not stored or retrievable by us once the transaction is completed unless you actively opt-in to storing your credit card information.
