Passwords, when required, are user-created and may be changed by the user at any time. We do not have access to your password(s). In the event you lose or cannot remember your password, we provide a password reset tool for you to create a new password.
When you place an order in the sanfordguide.com web store or by phone or fax, your credit card information is used to process your order but is not stored or retrievable by us. We use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
