Single-Title Mobile App Support

HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, & Antimicrobial Therapy Apps No Longer Supported

Our single-title apps were discontinued on October 18, 2021. Users of these apps should follow the instructions below to upgrade to our new platform as soon as possible.

 

How do I upgrade to the new app?

It depends on what subscription/s you have and where you purchased them. If you're an Antimicrobial Therapy app subscriber, no action is required to receive the upgrade, but if you subscribe through Apple or Google, you'll still want to create a Sanford Guide Cloud account to back up and sync your bookmarks, notes, and preferences across your devices. Tap the "Account" button, and then "Access Sanford Guide Cloud Account" to get started! In-app subscribers will also need to consent to the updated pricing in order for the app subscription to renew automatically.

 

In-app subscribers (who purchased from Google or Apple) to our our HIV/AIDS Therapy and Hepatitis Therapy apps will need to follow these steps to upgrade (takes less than 5 minutes):

  1. Update your current app to the latest version
  2. Open the app you currently use to access Sanford Guide
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a free Sanford Guide Cloud account
  4. Download the new Sanford Guide app (follow the link we provide in your old app)
  5. Log in with your Sanford Guide Cloud account*
  6. Delete the old app from your device

Subscribers to our our HIV/AIDS Therapy and Hepatitis Therapy apps who purchased directly from Sanford Guide will need to follow these steps to upgrade (takes less than 5 minutes):

  1. Update your current app to the latest version
  2. Open the app you currently use to access Sanford Guide
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a free Sanford Guide Cloud account
  4. Download the new Sanford Guide app (follow the link we provide in your old app)
  5. Log in with your Sanford Guide Cloud account*
  6. Delete the old app from your device

* If you see an error message saying "License installations have been exhausted," log into your account at https://account.sanfordguide.com/, select "Details" next to the Collection or All Access listing, and toggle "Enabled" to the "No" position for all your devices. This will free up installations for the new app.
